ROB ANGOL

My name is Robert Angol aka Airflow.

I live in London, England. I have roughly nine and a half years of experience working in the Film and broadcast industry.

 

Over the last couple of years I have focused on character work and was part of the team at Squint/Opera for two years and before that at Zoo vfx where we won Bafta's Emmys and Bulldog awards for various shows including  Flying monsters 3d and David Attenborough's First Life.

 

 

 I was responsible for concept art, storyboards, modelling and texturing buildings and environments as well as creature modelling look/dev and rigging.

My previous experience also includes three and a half years of freelance at various studios. And prior to that three years at an arch vis studio. I am fairly fluent with Photoshop, Afterfx, Maya, C4d, 3dsmax, Mudbox, Mari and Zbrush.  As well as Vray and Finalrender, Brazil and MentalRay, Fumefx, Krakatoa, Frost, Pheonix, TurbulenceFd and Afterburner.

 

I am comfortable as a generalist in most diciplines and also confident leading teams or Art directing and client facing.
